Establish safeguards for the storage, processing and use of information by third parties to whom information has been disclosed and ensure that persons know to whom their information is being disclosed.
All protections and remedies flowing from the Data Protection Act must be fully operational prior to NIDS rollout.
Erase as much data as possible from cancelled enrolments, and ensure the public knows this data will never be completely erased.
